Refund & Returns Policy

Company: NEOLTDs is a digital design brand under ZENEO LTD (UK).
1. Overview
NEOLTDs provides exclusively digital products, including computer case design blueprints and downloadable design files. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are produced, shipped, or delivered.
Due to the irreversible nature of digital content access, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund & Returns Policy. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.
2. Nature of the Product
Each purchase includes two distinct components:
2.1 Preview File (Evaluation Access)
- A fully accessible, non-encrypted preview version is provided after purchase.
- This version allows the customer to evaluate:
- Design quality
- Technical structure
- Suitability for intended use
- The preview file does not include restricted or final encrypted content.
2.2 Final Encrypted File (Licensed Delivery)
- The final design file is delivered in encrypted format.
- Access requires a unique password issued by NEOLTDs.
- The password is considered the final delivery key and grants full access rights to the product.
3. Refund Eligibility (Strictly Limited to Preview Stage)
Refunds are only available during the preview evaluation period.
Eligible conditions:
A refund request may be approved only if ALL conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within 10 calendar days from the purchase date
- The customer has accessed and reviewed the preview file
- The customer determines the product does not meet requirements or expectations
- The password for the final encrypted file has NOT been issued
Refund outcome:
- Approved refunds will be processed in full
- All access rights to the product will be permanently revoked
- Any future access to final files will be denied without exception
4. Final Delivery & Password Issuance
The password for the final encrypted file represents full delivery of the purchased product.
Important terms:
- Once the password is issued, the product is deemed fully delivered
- After password issuance, the order becomes strictly non-refundable
- No cancellations, disputes, or chargebacks will be accepted after final delivery
- Access to the final file constitutes acceptance of the product in its delivered condition
This condition applies without exception due to the non-recoverable nature of digital access.
5. Automatic Completion After 10 Days
If no action is taken within 10 calendar days of purchase:
- No refund request is submitted, AND
- No request for password delay or withholding is made
Then the system will automatically:
- Send the final password to the registered email address
- Mark the order as completed
- Grant full access to the encrypted final file
After automatic completion:
- The order becomes permanently non-refundable
- No further modifications, reversals, or cancellations are possible
6. Silent Acceptance Policy
If the customer takes no action during the 10-day evaluation period, including:
- No refund request
- No communication requesting extension or cancellation
The order will be treated as accepted by default.
After the 10-day period expires, delivery will proceed automatically as defined above.
7. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be granted under any of the following circumstances:
- The final password has already been issued
- The 10-day refund period has expired
- The customer has accessed, downloaded, or used the final encrypted file
- The customer changes their mind after delivery
- Subjective dissatisfaction after full access
- Misinterpretation of product description after delivery
- Any form of post-delivery dispute related to personal preference
8. Delivery Responsibility & Customer Obligations
- All files and passwords are delivered exclusively via email
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address at checkout
NEOLTDs is not responsible for:
- Incorrect email entry by the customer
- Email delivery failures due to spam filters or security systems
- Delays or blocking caused by third-party email providers
Customers are responsible for regularly checking inbox, spam, and junk folders.
9. Fraud Prevention & Policy Enforcement
NEOLTDs reserves the right to refuse refund requests that are:
- Abusive or fraudulent in nature
- In violation of this policy
- Attempting to exploit digital access conditions
All decisions regarding refunds and access remain at the sole discretion of NEOLTDs, within the framework of this policy.
