Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NEOLTDs provides exclusively digital products, including computer case design blueprints and downloadable design files. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are produced, shipped, or delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the irreversible nature of digital content access, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund &amp; Returns Policy. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"2-nature-of-the-product\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Nature of the Product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each purchase includes two distinct components:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"2-1-preview-file-evaluation-access\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 Preview File (Evaluation Access)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A fully accessible, non-encrypted preview version is provided after purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This version allows the customer to evaluate:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design quality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical structure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suitability for intended use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The preview file does not include restricted or final encrypted content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"2-2-final-encrypted-file-licensed-delivery\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2 Final Encrypted File (Licensed Delivery)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The final design file is delivered in encrypted format.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access requires a unique password issued by NEOLTDs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The password is considered the final delivery key and grants full access rights to the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"3-refund-eligibility-strictly-limited-to-preview-stage\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Refund Eligibility (Strictly Limited to Preview Stage)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are only available during the preview evaluation period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"eligible-conditions\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligible conditions:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A refund request may be approved only if ALL conditions are met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The request is submitted within <strong>10 calendar days<\/strong> from the purchase date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer has accessed and reviewed the preview file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer determines the product does not meet requirements or expectations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The password for the final encrypted file has NOT been issued<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"refund-outcome\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund outcome:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approved refunds will be processed in full<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All access rights to the product will be permanently revoked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any future access to final files will be denied without exception<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"4-final-delivery-password-issuance\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Final Delivery &amp; Password Issuance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The password for the final encrypted file represents full delivery of the purchased product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"important-terms\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important terms:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the password is issued, the product is deemed fully delivered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After password issuance, the order becomes strictly non-refundable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No cancellations, disputes, or chargebacks will be accepted after final delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to the final file constitutes acceptance of the product in its delivered condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This condition applies without exception due to the non-recoverable nature of digital access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"5-automatic-completion-after-10-days\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Automatic Completion After 10 Days<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If no action is taken within 10 calendar days of purchase:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No refund request is submitted, AND<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No request for password delay or withholding is made<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then the system will automatically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send the final password to the registered email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mark the order as completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grant full access to the encrypted final file<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After automatic completion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The order becomes permanently non-refundable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No further modifications, reversals, or cancellations are possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"6-silent-acceptance-policy\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Silent Acceptance Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the customer takes no action during the 10-day evaluation period, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No refund request<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No communication requesting extension or cancellation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The order will be treated as accepted by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the 10-day period expires, delivery will proceed automatically as defined above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"7-non-refundable-conditions\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Non-Refundable Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will not be granted under any of the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The final password has already been issued<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The 10-day refund period has expired<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer has accessed, downloaded, or used the final encrypted file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer changes their mind after delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subjective dissatisfaction after full access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misinterpretation of product description after delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any form of post-delivery dispute related to personal preference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"8-delivery-responsibility-customer-obligations\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Delivery Responsibility &amp; Customer Obligations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All files and passwords are delivered exclusively via email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address at checkout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NEOLTDs is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incorrect email entry by the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email delivery failures due to spam filters or security systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays or blocking caused by third-party email providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for regularly checking inbox, spam, and junk folders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"9-fraud-prevention-policy-enforcement\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Fraud Prevention &amp; Policy Enforcement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NEOLTDs reserves the right to refuse refund requests that are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abusive or fraudulent in nature<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In violation of this policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempting to exploit digital access conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All decisions regarding refunds and access remain at the sole discretion of NEOLTDs, within the framework of this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"10-contact-information\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
